Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
1. Scope
saturnstudio (“the developer”) makes the Auto Battle Dungeon mobile game for iOS and Android and runs this website. This policy explains what information each of them processes, why, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. Auto Battle Dungeon has no accounts of its own.
2. Information we process
Mobile app
- Your expeditions, mercenaries, Renown, Archive, formations and settings (sound, music, reminders) are stored only on your device. They are not sent to the developer, and no account, name or email address is needed.
- Google Firebase Analytics may process app launches, the screens you open, game events (such as floors entered and cleared, battles, augment choices, events, runs), ad, purchase and reminder events, achievements earned, device, operating system and app version information, approximate location, and the advertising identifier where it is available (see below). This is linked to an app installation identifier created by Google, not to your name or email address. The game sends catalogue identifiers and numbers, never your mercenaries’ names or anything you type.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics keeps the game stable. It may process crash reports, freezes on Android (ANRs), error messages from the game’s screens with web addresses, file paths, email addresses and tokens removed, the screen and floor you were on, recent analytics events recorded just before a crash, device, operating system and app version information, an installation identifier, and the IP address used to send the report. It does not receive your purchases, receipts or saved game.
- In the free version, Google AdMob shows an ad after each floor you clear and a rewarded ad when you choose to watch one for an augment reroll. AdMob may process advertising identifiers (on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking; on Android, the advertising ID), IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and ad interactions, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. The full version shows no ads.
- In regions that require consent, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ad consent is collected through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). On iOS, the system asks whether the game may track you (App Tracking Transparency). Both are asked the first time the free version enters the dungeon, before any ad.
- When you buy or restore the full version, RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, store and product identifiers, purchase history and transaction details to verify the receipt and your access. Payment itself is handled by the App Store or Google Play. The game does not give RevenueCat your name or email address and keeps no purchase database of its own.
- If you are signed in to Apple Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android, the game reports the achievements you earn to that service, where they are kept in your account under Apple’s or Google’s own privacy policies and your visibility settings. On Android, Play Games tries to sign you in when the game starts, and its SDK may send diagnostic and usage information to Google. The game does not store or send your Game Center or Play Games nickname or player identifier, and you can play without signing in.
- In the free version, daily package reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device, only if you turn them on and allow notifications. No push server is used.
- The game may show your device’s own rating prompt. Ratings and reviews are handled by Apple or Google.
Website
- The hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, may process access logs such as IP addresses while delivering pages.
- On the home page, Google Analytics (through Firebase) processes page visits, plays and pauses of the gameplay video, taps on the store badges, browser, device and screen information, language, and approximate location derived from your IP address. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it stores no cookies and sends only cookieless measurements (Google consent mode). Elsewhere it may store a pseudonymous browser identifier in a first-party cookie. Advertising features and ad personalization are off everywhere. The privacy, terms and support pages never collect analytics.
- The website does not receive your saved game, purchases or any account information.
3. Purposes
We use this information only as needed to run the game and record achievements, understand how it is played and improve it, fix crashes and errors, verify and restore the full version, serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and learn how visitors find the website.
4. Third-party services
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, Google AdMob (with UMP), RevenueCat, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games and Google Firebase Hosting. Each provider may process information independently while providing its service. Learn more: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, Privacy and Security in Firebase, RevenueCat Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy, Game Center & Privacy.
5. Retention and deletion
- Game data on your device is removed when you delete the app, or with Reset all data in the game menu (under Development). The developer keeps no copy.
- Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics and then deleted or aggregated. Crashlytics keeps crash reports and their identifiers for 90 days.
- Ad data is handled under Google’s policies. Purchase records are kept under the policies of the App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat and any period the law requires. After reinstalling or on a new device, you can restore the full version with the same store account.
- Game Center and Play Games keep your achievements in your Apple or Google account. You can delete Play Games data as described in Delete your Play Games data or Play Games profile; Game Center records follow Apple’s policies.
6. Your choices
- On iOS, change the game’s tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings.
- Where ad consent applies, change your choice with Ad privacy choices in the game menu.
- Turn daily package reminders off in the game menu or in your device’s notification settings.
- Change Game Center sign-in in iOS Settings → Game Center, and Play Games sign-in and visibility in your Play Games profile settings. Without signing in, achievements simply aren’t recorded.
- On the website, you can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser’s settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
7. Children
The game does not ask for personal information or an account. Who may play follows the age rating shown in each store and your device’s parental controls.
8. Security and contact
Traffic to and from this website and the services above is protected with HTTPS. Send privacy questions or requests to contacts@saturnstudio.xyz.
9. Changes
If the game, its services or the law change, we update the effective date and content of this page. Significant changes are announced in the game or on this website.
