Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of the Auto Battle Dungeon mobile game for iOS and Android and of this website, provided by saturnstudio (“the developer”). By installing the game or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the terms of the store you got the game from (the App Store or Google Play).

2. License

The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights in the game and in its art, characters, music, sound effects and text belong to the developer or other rightful owners and are not transferred to you.

3. Prohibited conduct

Disrupting or tampering with the service, its ads or its payment system, including getting around how rewarded ads grant a reroll or how purchases are verified
Using the service in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others
Copying, redistributing or reverse engineering the game, or getting around its protection measures, beyond what the law allows

4. Saved data and progress

Your expeditions, mercenaries, Renown, Archive and settings are stored only on your device. The game has no accounts and no cloud saves, so your progress does not carry over if you delete the game or change devices, and it can be lost to device problems. Mercenaries who fall in battle are gone for good; that is part of the game, not data loss. If you are signed in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your achievements stay in your account there.

5. Full version (in-app purchase)

The game is free to download and can be played to the end. The full version is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase from the App Store or Google Play, not a subscription. It lets Renown keep building to 100 so that every Renown reward opens, lets you reroll augments without watching ads, and removes the ads after floor clears. Payment, cancellation and refunds follow the terms and procedures of the store you bought it from. You can restore it with Restore purchases in the Full version window, using the same store account; purchases do not carry over between iOS and Android. This section does not limit any consumer rights the law gives you.

6. Ads and third-party services

The free version uses Google AdMob for an ad after each floor you clear and for the rewarded ads you choose to watch for a reroll. The game also uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, RevenueCat for purchases, and Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for achievements. Third-party services are also subject to their providers’ own terms and policies. The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed.

7. Changes and discontinuation

We may update the game, or change or discontinue some of its features (including rules, balance and in-game values), as needed for security, compatibility, content improvements or operations. Significant changes are announced in a reasonable way in the game or on this website.

8. Limitation of liability

The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the service running reliably. To the extent the law allows, liability for interruptions and indirect damage caused by devices, networks, third-party services or your settings may be limited. These terms do not limit any consumer rights the law gives you.

Send questions to contacts@saturnstudio.xyz. If these terms change, we update the effective date and content of this page, and significant changes are announced in the game or on this website. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated terms apply.
